Private Residence in Rural
Anchorage
Inca, Mallorca
The project is conceived as a grounded intervention within the rural landscape, defined by a single-storey layout that reinforces its horizontal relationship with the site. Two perpendicular volumes intersect around a central foyer, structuring a clear transition between private and collective domains. This configuration generates a sequence of intermediate spaces—porches and shaded areas—that mediate between interior and exterior, extending domestic life into the landscape. A discreet basement level accommodates auxiliary uses such as parking and storage. The architectural language reinterprets traditional Mallorcan elements through a restrained palette and precise material expression, establishing continuity with the local context
