Row House + Vertical Extension

First-floor extension of a single-family house between party walls in Can Picafort. The intervention introduces a lightweight steel structure to minimize impact on the existing building while enabling a new independent dwelling. The project maintains continuity with its urban context through a traditional pitched roof, while the interior is organized to maximize natural light and cross-ventilation through an internal courtyard. A new access and the refurbishment of existing terraces complete the intervention
